Moorlands has five individually decorated ensuite B&B rooms and three self-catering apartments within a Victorian country house. The B&B rooms include one with a second interconnected double room, suitable for use as a family suite. The two-bedroom Bodley apartment features one double bedroom and a bedroom with adult-specification bunkbeds.

A help-yourself buffet breakfast is served each morning in the dining room with views of the gardens and Heddon Valley. Dogs are welcome in the Dean apartment, which has a private courtyard garden. The two-bedroom Bodley apartment includes adult-specification bunkbeds, suitable for children.
